Q. What type of devices are available for rental?
We offer Mifi’s, Aircards, Cradlepoint Cellular Routers and Cel-Fi Signal Boosters

Q. When does the rental period begin and end?
The clock starts after you receive the device from us and stops when you ship the device back to us.

Q. What are shipping charges?
Shipping costs are FOB Origin. Your shipping cost will be added as a line item onto your order

Q. Is there a minimum period for the rental?
You will incur rental charges in increments of a minimum of one week – or a monthly basis.

Q. Do you rent to individuals?
No, we offer rentals only to businesses.

Q. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we only ship to physical addresses. Also, shipping and billing address for the credit card must be corresponding.

Q. What happens if the device is lost or stolen?
You will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the device

Q. How do I return my device?
Follow the return instructions that are posted on our website – or send an email to rentals@atlantictechnologygroup.com and ask for them.
